Company is a short-term rental and property management firm. We
manage 300 quality villas and custom homes on Hilton Head
Island. We are one of the fastest growing rental companies on
the island.
Vacation
Company owners, Bob Hawkins and Beth Henzler, are long-time
Hilton Head residents and, along with their staff, know what
makes a great vacation experience for guests and a great management
experience for owners.

Housekeeping
& Maintenance: It’s All in the Details.
All properties are inspected twice before each
arrival – Once for general maintenance and once for housekeeping quality.
Property managers perform most light maintenance jobs. Significantly reduces costs to owners.
About one-third of our properties are private beach-oriented homes. These properties have an increased
service level of inspection and supervision of landscaping, pool maintenance, pest control, elevators,
security systems, etc.
We personally greet guests in all large homes to review the home features, tour the property, and
explain any unusual amenities.

We have a very aggressive internet oriented marketing program:
- • Our web site domain www.HiltonHeadVacationRentals.com includes all of the key words for search engines with updated pictures and detailed descriptions of each property, plus extensive information about island activities.
- • Dramatic videos illustrate many of our properties.
- • We support and encourage owners with listings on VRBO, HomeAway, and other owner sites to help generate more revenue.
- • On-line reservations are availability for guests and rental status reports are online for owners.
- • Our annual marketing and advertising budget is about $2000 for each property.
- • We seasonally advertise in major travel magazines—Southern Living, Travel and Leisure, and Coastal Living. Each magazine links to www.HiltonHeadVacationRentals.com.
