Beach living at its finest can be found in this very modern OCEANFRONT 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom vacation house with HEATED pool and spa*.   The views from almost every room of this beachfront home are indescribable!  As you enter on the 1st floor, you’ll find a very open living area that encompasses the kitchen with breakfast room, living room (with flat screen tv and BluRay player), and spacious dining room (seats 8). The open kitchen has new appliances and Corian counters, the breakfast area table seats 4.  A half bath is also off of this living area.  Leading off of the living room is a large porch with plenty of patio furniture on which to enjoy your morning coffee and beautiful sunrises.  Also located on this level is the 1st master bedroom and bathroom with king bed and sitting area all with beautiful views of the ocean (this bedroom also has a flat panel TV with Blu-ray dvd player).

On the second floor you’ll find a second spacious living room with flat panel tv and Blu-ray player, wet bar, and game table that leads to another large porch all overlooking the ocean.  The 2nd master suite with flat panel tv and Blu-ray player has lovely ocean views and is furnished with king bedding, sitting area, and bathroom, and also has an adjoining bedroom with 2 twin beds -- perfect for a small family.  A 4th bedroom with queen bed, private bath, loveseat, and ocean views, makes this bedroom complete.  There is also a 5th  bedroom with 2 twin beds, ocean views, and a private bath. 

This is a tremendous family home that allows for plenty of space for everyone.   The private pool and spa area is lovely with a large gazebo and plenty of patio furniture in which to lounge.  There is an outside pool bathroom as well.  FREE Tennis at the Van Der Meer Shipyard Racquet Club for 2010 vacation rentals.
